Our Mission...Our mission has always been to set the standard by which transfer agents should be measured. Our staff, with over 40 years of combined experience, are consistent in providing complete, accurate transaction processing and professional, responsive guidance in addressing issuer and shareholder concerns and questions. The proprietary STMS software utilized by Integrity is unequaled in addressing the stock transfer function and in providing virtually immediate response to information and report requests.
About us...IST is an SEC registered transfer agent for both DTC "FAST" and non-FAST issues trading on the pink sheets, OTCBB, NASDAQ, and AMEX exchanges. We manage the shareholder records of over 170 listed corporations and we provide extended EDGAR filing services for reporting organizations. We developed and use the proprietary Stock Transfer Management System (STMS) software now licensed to transfer agents in five states and we are currently testing our Direct Registration System (DRS) software that will address the needs of the shareholders migrating to the "paperless" environment later in 2008. In January 2008 we implemented a transaction imaging extension to our software that allows for SEC approved electronic archiving of transaction documentation. This is in support of the ultimate goal of a "paperless" securities environment.
