Client Proxy and Information link to be implementedEarly July 2008 is the target to implement a client proxy / information link that will provide shareholders the opportunity to view Form 14A and 14C information and proxy filings and to cast their proxy votes online. Shareholders will receive information in the mail providing them with the necessary access codes for participation in the online voting or information review. Direct Registration System In order to support the newly approved Direct Registration System (DRS) requirements to be made effective in October 2008, we have developed a comprehensive software sub-system to effectively manage shareholder position information in the new "paperless" environment. The system will provide shareholders with the position reports defined in the DRS regulation and will operate in conjunction with the DTC FAST system in negotiating stock transactions defined by the shareholder.
