Client Proxy Information and voting link implemented

In January 2009, our web site was enhanced to provide shareholders with the ability to view proxy and information statements for our clients. This is in support of the 2009 SEC recommendations that all material to be distributed to stockholders also be available online.  You can access the proxy / information statements by selecting the Proxy Services button and the name of the company whose filing you want to review. 

In addition, the ability for shareholders of record to cast their votes on the proxy proposals will be implemented by January 31, 2009

Enhanced Proxy Distribution System

In an effort to streamline the proxy distribution process and reduce the overall costs for this required function, Integrity Stock Transfer successfully pioneered the distribution of 3" CDs with the proxy documents rather than cumbersome paper volumes.  Using this approach, virtually all aspects of the proxy process realize significant cost savings while providing numerous environmental benefits as well.  Both the SEC and Broadridge support the use of the CD technology in this activity.

Direct Registration System

In order to support the newly approved Direct Registration System (DRS) requirements to be made effective in October 2008, we have developed a comprehensive software sub-system to effectively manage shareholder position information in the new "paperless" environment.  The system will provide shareholders with the position reports defined in the DRS regulation and will operate in conjunction with the DTC FAST system in negotiating stock transactions defined by the shareholder.
